Description:This position will support the Risk Management department and three Treasury directors and occasionally back up for Vice President, Treasurer & Investor Relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a self-directed work style to complete tasks with minimal supervision, as well as the ability to creatively solve problems, think independently, and present a professional image. Absolute discretion with sensitive materials is also a primary responsibility.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be required to have extensive and recent experience providing efficient administrative assistant support to executives and supporting staff in a moderate-paced environment. This position requires effective customer service skills and the ability to react and shift priorities quickly.
Responsibilities to include:
* Maintenance and organization of various department files, including setup, scanning, posting to share drives, filing, and long-term storage
* Travel Planning support for domestic and international bookings
* Preparing and reconciling expense reports
* Maintenance of SharePoint sites and/or other similar systems including posting of documents, deleting obsolete documents, maintaining system access permissions and lists of authorized users
* Providing support for on- and off-site meetings: to include reserving conference rooms and arranging food and beverage catering where needed; processing visitors through LM visitor registration system; escorting visitors to and from front desk and arranging ground transportation as requested and coordinating/setting up videoconferencing.
* Meeting/Event planning and/or support, including coordination and implementation of all aspects before, at and after the event.
* General departmental support: opening and distributing incoming mail; preparing outgoing mail; ordering office supplies; screening phone calls as requested; covering “opt-out” line; typing, faxing, copying, and document editing and scanning; maintenance of departmental calendars on Outlook and issuance of event notifications; P-card purchases, as requested and reconciling expenses.
This role will be expected to work in the office greater than 50% per week - 2-3 days per week.
Basic Qualifications:- 3+ years of recent and demonstrated extensive experience providing administrative assistant support to executive level clients

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams - use of formulas, tables, charts, pivot tables, import/export data, creating new presentations and editing existing ones, channels, file sharing, etc.
Desired Skills:- 5+ years of experience supporting executive levels
- Familiarity with LM -wide systems such as My Timecard, LM Travel, LM Expenses (Concur), and Iron Mountain Connect
- Familiarity with LM policies and procedures
- Team player who is proactive and collaborative
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Knowledge, understanding and experience booking, changing & expensing international travel including VAT and exchange rates
- College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $51,100 - $90,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
