Job Summary:
Improve the customer performance of Caterpillar Safety Products with key corporate accounts. Implement and manage all safety portfolio customer success activities as it relates to a specific Heavy construction, Quarry and Waste account(s). Manage all after-sale product performance consulting to ensure customers are fully utilizing and experiencing the value of Caterpillar on-board and off-board safety solutions and experiencing the desired safety outcomes.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective account management processes between Caterpillar, dealers and assigned accounts.
- Consults with dealers and customer operations and safety managers as well as executive management advising on strategic direction for product adoption, utilization and optimization initiatives for Cat Detect and Caterpillar off-board ecosystems of VisionLink and Minestar operated by key corporate accounts.
- Plan and execute curated customer experiences in support of Caterpillar’s safety technology portfolio of products for assigned accounts.
- Direct Caterpillar and dealer activities to proactively assure product health and performance in order to maintain and enhance customer adoption growth and to reduce the impact of product health issues for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with commercial, engineering and NPI process partners to evolve the Detect portfolio product roadmap.
- Align cross-functional teams on organizational goals, timelines, and safety technology initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive performance, and customer requirements to inform enterprise solutions strategy.
Education requirement:
Candidates should possess a technical degree or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise

- Ability to interpret customers’ feedback to define problem statements, identify effective portfolio solutions and key product performance indicators that would provide problem resolution.
- Benchmark product performance against industry standards and competitors.
- Identify product gaps and collaborate with engineering to develop enhancements.

- Analyze market trends and performance data to guide strategic decisions.
- Build business cases and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Make timely decisions in high-impact, fast-paced environments.

- Develop training materials and customer-facing documentation.
- Simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- This position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Mossville, IL office.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
