Description:
Position Summary:
The Accreditation Assistant will provide ongoing support for the Accreditation & Licensing Department, thus responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and assisting with a variety of duties and responsibilities. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data input, document creation, results tracking, assistance with maintaining all accreditation and licensing/approval agency standards, review and approval of policies, procedures, and marketing materials.
Core Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities (essential functions) of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serve as a resource to the Director of Governance
- Schedule meetings and teleconferences
- Assist with licensing and accreditation reports due date tracking
- Maintain approval/licensing letters of approval and expirations
- Assist with preparation, organization, and proofing attachments, exhibits, and other documents as needed for any of the institutional accrediting, licensing, or approval agencies reports, audits, and responses for action
- Maintain copies of all communications with governing bodies, site visit reports and response reports
- Assist with development/changes/maintenance/revisions of policies and procedures
- Provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form, email, or in person.
- Track and maintain end of course questionnaire satisfaction survey data for the institution
- Assist with student file audits, prepare and distribute reports to upper management on outcomes
- Travel to provide support for accrediting, licensing, and approval agencies site visits to all ARI campuses as needed
- Performs additional work tasks as needed by leadership to meet company goals and objectives
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with post-secondary educational institutions
- Knowledge of post-secondary school licensing and accreditation standards
- Experience in a higher education environment
- Knowledge of curriculum design and principles of adult learning
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: 1 or more years of related work experience in the post-secondary education field
- Required: Legal ability to work in the United States.
- Required: Valid driver license and the ability to pass pre-employment background and motor vehicle record (MVR) checks.
- Required: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain a drug-free status.
