KPMG is currently seeking a Delivery Support Role focused on Engagement Management Business Insights & Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Planning and Strategy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables specifically related to Engagement Management Business Insights and Reporting. Develop implementation strategies that include detailed timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk management for reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Execution and Implementation of Reporting Tools: Coordinate with project teams and workstream leads to ensure effective execution of reporting solutions and dashboards. Continuously monitor the progress of reporting and dashboard development against milestones and ensure alignment with business insights goals.
- Training and Change Management for Reporting Systems: Support the creation and execution of training plans focused on equipping stakeholders and end-users with the necessary skills to leverage new reporting systems and dashboards. Implement change management strategies to ensure positive adoption of reporting tools within engagement management.
- Quality Assurance and Testing of Reporting Solutions: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure reporting outputs meet business standards and specifications. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for data accuracy and system functionality prior to full-scale deployment.
- Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead efforts to optimize reporting solutions and dashboards based on feedback and performance data. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to report on status, achievements, challenges, and continuous improvement initiatives related to engagement management business insights and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of recent project management experience related to business insights and reporting with a demonstrated ability to manage work products from start to finish
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
- Experience with using JIRA to facilitate agile delivery is required
- Proven experience with one or more business intelligence and analytics technologies (for example: Databricks, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting, Business Objects, and more) required
- Demonstrated analytical, financial, problem solving, organization, and project management skills, including stakeholder and meeting facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills, tailored to audiences with varied experience and levels throughout the organization
