Lead the processing and coordination of engineering changes in the PDM system.

Analyze requests, audit changes, and ensure timely implementation of updates.

Work closely with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate modifications into workflows.

Maintain accurate documentation, change logs, and product structures within PDM.
-
Provide PDM guidance and support to product teams, helping them effectively use tools and processes.
-
Participate in meetings, program reviews, and audits, contributing to continuous improvement.

Create and maintain engineering SharePoint sites and coordinate updates across functional teams.

Qualifications you must have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years prior relevant experience.

Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in engineering project management.

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and methodologies.

Familiarity with Project Management principles and engineering processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn specialized PDM tools.
