Toyota Financial Services' Architecture Team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Business Architect to join our team and drive the development and application of business architecture practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business capability modeling, maturity assessments, organization modeling, strategy and value modeling, and value stream mapping. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align business strategies with architecture initiatives, leveraging industry-standard frameworks such as BizBOK and enterprise architecture tools. This role is critical in enabling business transformation and ensuring that business architecture delivers measurable value.
Proven experience in developingandmaintainingkey business architecture artefacts such asstrategy and value modeling,value stream mapping,organizational modeling,businesscapabilitymodeling,business capability maturity assessments,business capability based planning,and cross-model integration.
