About this position
We are looking for a Head of Commercial Excellence to act as a strategic business partner, connecting analysis, planning, and execution to drive sustainable commercial results.
This is a highly transversal role with strong exposure to senior leadership, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders. The role plays a key part in integrating teams, strengthening decision-making, and ensuring that commercial strategy is effectively executed.
What you’ll do
- ·Lead the Commercial Excellence agenda, ensuring commercial strategy is translated into strong execution.
- ·Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, influencing key business decisions.
- ·Integrate and strengthen teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with the commercial organization.
- ·Develop strategic analyses that enable clear, data-driven commercial decisions.
- ·Connect commercial planning with field execution, identifying and closing performance gaps.
- ·Lead initiatives related to pricing, portfolio, promotions, and commercial performance.
- ·Ensure proper use of KPIs, performance tracking, and strong accountability.
- ·Manage internal stakeholders, facilitating complex discussions and aligning priorities.
- ·Lead, develop, and motivate the team, promoting a culture of ownership and high performance.
