Work You’ll Do
As a Lead Technical Architect, you will own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement. You will define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations—using Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, and emerging agentic platforms—to deliver compliant, scalable customer and patient experiences in multi-region environments.
You will set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments, leading design reviews and key technical decisions. You’ll establish security, environment, and release guardrails, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are resilient, performant, and adoption-ready.

Qualifications
Required:
·10+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience
·5+ years life sciences industry experience
·2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement)
·Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks, and enabling agentic capabilities
·Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
·Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
·Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
·Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud certification
·3+ years supporting biopharma CRM programs
·3+ years working in Agile/Scrum teams and 1+ implementation using CI/CD release pipelines
·Led 10+ client presentations/workshops and influenced decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., architecture/design sign-offs)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,000 to $307,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
