一、岗位职责
- 负责人员培训和操作指导，协助解决喷涂设备运行异常
- 负责解决日常喷漆常见质量问题：流漆、漏喷、针孔、漆膜厚度以及符着力等
- 负责收集分析质量数据制定预防与纠正措施，降低DPP
- 负责机器人维护和持续优化喷漆工艺参数（喷枪压力、流量、雾化、走枪速度等）
- 负责执行喷漆作业标准化、可视化管理，以及喷涂程序优化
- 负责喷漆下线一次合格率提升
- 负责油漆利用率提升
二、技能要求
- 大专及以上学历，机械制造、化工、涂装工程、自动化等相关专业。
- 喷涂工艺知识：熟悉各种喷涂方法（静电喷涂、空气喷涂等）及其适用场景。
- 涂料特性理解：掌握不同涂料的性能、干燥条件和配比要求。
- 设备操作与维护：熟练操作喷枪、喷涂机器人、烘干设备，并能进行日常维护和故障排查。
- 缺陷分析与解决：能识别常见喷涂缺陷（流挂、漏清、针孔、橘皮、色差）并提出改进措施。
- 工艺参数优化：能根据喷涂厚度、流量、气压等数据提出调整工艺参数的建议。
- 数字化工具应用：会使用喷涂机器人编程、质量追溯系统。
- 能与生产、质量、设备、工艺团队协作，培训操作工，推动工艺改进.
三、优先条件
- 有喷涂机器人编程经验者优先
- 持有喷漆相关证书者优先
- 有喷漆产线规划、导入或自动化改造经验者优先
