Job Description
We’re hiring an Sr. Automation Developer to build and scale the automation capabilities that help the CFO organization operate faster, cleaner, and with higher confidence. This role will be responsible for delivering production-grade automation solutions across Finance using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other workflow/RPA tools, while also establishing the governance, infrastructure, and operating model required to scale. This is a “builder + enabler” role: you’ll ship automations yourself, and you’ll also partner with Engineering/IT/Security/Finance Technology to put the right permissions, environments, connectors, and controls in place so the broader team can deliver reliably and safely.
What you’ll do :
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Finance, align to business goals, and translate them into an actionable roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Build and deploy automation solutions: Design, develop, test, and maintain workflows and apps using Power Automate and Power Apps; implement resilient error handling, retries, notifications, and audit-friendly logging.
- Stand up scalable automation foundations: Establish environments, security groups, role-based access, service principals, connector strategy, ALM/release practices, monitoring, and documentation standards.
- Partner to enable the right architecture: Work closely with Finance Technology and Engineering to integrate automations with core systems and data platforms, including APIs, permissions, and data access patterns.
- Embed governance and controls: Ensure automations meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, and align with internal controls and change management expectations in Finance.
- Enable automation using trusted data: Collaborate with the Financial Data and reporting teams to ensure automations are powered by consistent definitions and governed data assets, reducing metric drift and exceptions.
- Run production operations and triage: Own operational support for automations, troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and drive root-cause fixes to improve reliability over time.
- Scale adoption and capability: Create playbooks/templates, mentor other builders, and drive change management so teams can safely self-serve where appropriate.

- 4+ years hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining bots including Infrastructure design and maintenance) using Automation anywhere (A360) and Microsoft Power platform.
- Experience integrating workflows with enterprise systems via connectors/APIs, and working with identity/access patterns, service accounts, and permissions.
- Should have knowledge and hands on experience of programming languages (Java, Python or .net) and SQL and VB scripts.
- Should have build bots for a minimum of 8 to 10 complex processes and managed end to end lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications

- Governance & enterprise architecture mindset: Experience designing standards for environments, ALM, and controls that scale across teams and align with enterprise architecture.
- Modern data platform fluency: Comfort partnering with data/engineering teams on data access, semantic layers, and building automations that depend on governed data products.
