Description:The PAC 3 Sustainment Field Operations team is seeking an entry level Items Analyst Associate to provide day to day supply support for PAC 3 Field Operations, Field Missile Activities and Mobile Reconstitution. Working under the guidance of senior logisticians, the analyst will assist in maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing storage areas, and processing issue transactions to ensure mission critical parts are readily available to field units. Position is located in Grand Prairie, TX.
Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Management and Assist in maintaining organized loose issue and bulk storage areas by location, NSN, and serviceability; conduct routine counts and support perpetual inventory updates at the point of issue.
• Material Issue & Receipt and Process equipment issue and receipt transactions for individuals, units, or activities, ensuring accurate documentation in the supply support database.
• Data Integrity and Verify that materiel transaction records are complete and comply with regulatory requirements for stock control, storage, issue, accountability, and life cycle sustainment.
• Quarterly/Annual Inventory Support and Participate in quarterly and annual inventory cycles, performing physical counts and reconciling discrepancies under supervision.
• Kit Management and Help track and replenish kits supporting PAC 3 Field Operations, Field Missile Activities and Mobile Reconstitution, coordinating with shipping/transportation teams to meet schedule requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication and Work closely with maintenance, engineering, transportation, contracting, and operational units to resolve supply issues and support mission readiness.
• Physical Requirements and Able to lift a minimum of 40 lb unassisted and perform occasional manual handling of inventory items.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with logistics information systems (training will be provided).
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and follow direction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
Desired Skills:• Intermediate skill level with Excel (e.g., formulas, basic pivot tables) and other Microsoft applications.
• Basic understanding of inventory control principles and data analysis.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in developing a career in defense logistics and supply support.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet established deadlines.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
