For North America Client Group (NACG), the Client Marketing Specialist Senior, will be responsible for driving the execution, planning and project management for delivering Value Beyond Investment services (VBI) to Institutional Retirement & Intermediary Sold (IRIS) client groups.
In this important role, you’ll partner with sales and product leadership to expand the Participant Outcomes (PO) business and core services to Advisor-Sold, RPS, and SIMPLE IRA+ business lines in alignment with their unique client and business goals. You will provide ongoing support in evolving the participant experience and participant facing programs for ICanRetire.
The role will be responsible for executing the marketing priorities for a delivery team and aligning content objectives in partnership with the sales teams. This role will partner with marketers and peers outside of marketing to ensure execution is aligned to marketing and business objectives, and the role will leverage data to measure success.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
Drives hands‑on campaign execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure that marketing initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination to execute audience‑specific marketing programs, ensuring smooth alignment across content, journey, digital product, and stakeholder teams.
- Partner to ensure end‑to‑end campaign/program implementation- partnering with Delivery Lead to manage assets, timelines, and workflows while ensuring flawless delivery across targeted channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, interpret audience insights and engagement metrics; quickly apply learnings to optimize in‑flight and future initiatives.
- Develop polished business reviews and socialize with key business stakeholders for awareness and evolution (e.g. ICR impact analysis for RPS, SIMPLEs product and sales)

Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,920-$179,072
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
