Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Bombers Programs in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Position Responsibilities:
·Own daily operational constraints: proactively identify, prioritize and drive timely resolution of production and supply chain constraints.
·Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and sustain improvements.
·Conduct in-depth research on constraint drivers, including parts, drawings, engineering changes and supplier issues.
·Track status, document mitigation plans, and communicate impacts and recovery timelines to stakeholders.
·Lead or facilitate Tier meetings and other cadence reviews to ensure alignment, status visibility and escalation of risks.
·Coordinate scheduling trade-offs and resource allocations with planning, production and engineering teams.
·Assess processes against standards and best practices; identify gaps and prioritize improvement opportunities.
·Lead deployment of Lean methodologies and other improvement tools to establish measurable performance gains; define metrics and KPIs.
·Work at the appropriate organizational level to secure approvals, remove barriers and implement strategic plans.
·Prepare and present concise, data-driven project proposals and business cases to senior leadership.
·Coordinate statements of work for in-house make items and manage interfaces with IWTs, CITAPs, Back-Shops and C-13 organizations.
·Support procurement and modifications for identified parts, tools and fixtures; collaborate with suppliers and purchasing to accelerate delivery.
·Assist with interpretation of specifications and drawings to ensure correct part selection and manufacturing readiness.
·Support investigations into quality nonconformances (IQDS) and corrective actions; drive root-cause analysis and closure of corrective actions.
·Ensure solutions are robust, documented and verified through appropriate validation activities.
·Mentor and coach less-experienced teammates on processes, tooling, drawings and manufacturing knowledge to build team capability.
·Promote Boeing values of seek, speak and listen; demonstrate emotional intelligence and a customer-service mindset in all interactions.
·Operate under general direction with strong initiative; escalate issues appropriately and act decisively to remove impediments.
·Maintain clear, timely communications with all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and accountability.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
·5+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing maintenance and/or modification
·5+ years of experience using strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
·5+ years of experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems to view technical data
·5+ years of experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations
·5+ years of experience with Excel manipulating data and formulas
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
·Experience using GOLD and I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM (Non-Conformance System), or similar software applications
·Leadership Experience
·Project Management Experience
·Experience with depot level/ modification maintenance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: Level 3 (Mid-Level) USD $85,000 - $115,000
Level 4 (Experienced) USD $103,700 - $140,300
