About the role:
Reporting directly to the Oil & Gas Global EHS Senior Manager, you will leverage your compliance and regulatory expertise to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations across multiple manufacturing facilities and service operations. You will have accountability for the ongoing implementation, continuous improvement, and management of our environmental compliance programs, permits, management systems and provide technical and compliance support to facility operations and personnel. As a senior member of our global oil and gas EHS team, your contribution will be critical to upholding our commitment to sustainability.
What you will do:
- Lead EHS Assurance and Management Systems for our locations, collaborating with local EHS teams, leaders and front-line employees
- Identify complex EHS elements in the division’s operations and establish guidelines for protection from those risks
- Audit programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions
- Create and analyze performance reports for trends and conditions, alert line management to problems and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage and direct the activities and provide guidance to other key personnel with regulatory compliance responsibilities
- Manage air, water and waste medias for locations, including performing regulatory permitting and management of change
- Ensure EHS training completion to comply with regulatory requirements or in support of facility, division, or enterprise objectives
- Lead technical EHS projects and initiatives
- Partner and coach leaders and other team members on EHS initiatives
What you will have:

Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance: Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
Top Candidates will have:
- EHS related degree, or 5 years minimum experience within EHS
Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
