What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting-edge systems.

Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.

Obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance
What You Will Learn

A breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice software design.

Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques.

Software lifecycle practices for large-scale defense projects.

Satellite ground system technologies including command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations.
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior, relevant software engineering experience.

Experience developing object-oriented software using C++ and Java.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance prior to start date.

Experience with Bamboo, Git, Gradle, JavaScript, and Docker.

Experience with satellite ground system software including orbital mechanics.

Experience developing software using Python.

Background in microservices, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
