The Air Dominance Strategic Business Unit is seeking to hire an AMRAAM Sr Proposal Program Manager. This position will report directly to the AMRAAM Associate Director, as part of the Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) SBU and the Air Dominance Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) in Tucson, Arizona.
This position in onsite in Tucson, AZ. Relocation is not available.
What You Will Do:

Organize and lead proposal teams to produce on-time, complete and compliant proposals that support efficient negotiations with the customer.

Review pricing for accuracy and reasonableness, consistency and compliance of BOE’s, and that the cost volume is responsive to each RFP’s requirements.

Assist with BOE tracking and approval within the Standard Bidding Tool.

Responsible for preparation of required Bid and Submit Gate sign off packages and support of fact-finding, negotiation and post-award audit activities.

Responsible for effective communication and leadership to ensure the team understands the return on investment & how their decisions affect the business deal.

Work closely with the program managers during negotiations to provide justification for BOEs and construct counter offers, leading to a handshake.

Work government programs (large/complex) with Direct Customer interfaces, both internal and external, including a broad international supply base.

Utilize knowledge of EX/IM and security to drive compliance.
Qualifications We Require:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.

Experience managing and communicating across highly matrixed organization to include finance, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and numerous other functions.

Experience managing and communicating across complex internal and external relationships including collaborating with a prime contractor, the U.S. Government.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
