Job Description Summary
The Brokerage Specialist is a licensed deal operations and client service professional who partners with brokers to drive pursuits from pitch through close. This role blends transaction administration, market research, marketing coordination, and pipeline hygiene to ensure best‑in‑class execution and client experience at Cushman & Wakefield. An active real estate license is required, and the compensation band has been elevated relative to a Brokerage Coordinator to reflect expectations for licensure and scope of work.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deal & Pipeline Operations
- Maintain opportunities, milestones, and tasks in C&W’s deal systems (e.g., ENGAGE) and ensure accurate status, documentation, and audit trails.
- Prepare, track, and organize deal files (LOIs, proposals, surveys, tour reports, comps, and closing packages); manage critical dates and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Market Research & Analytics
- Produce market and site analyses leveraging LandVision, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, and Pacer.AI; synthesize insights for broker/client decision‑making.
- Compile competitive set/comps and support underwriting in Excel; build visuals and summaries for pitches and client updates (PowerPoint/Power BI when available).
- Marketing & Listing Operations
- Coordinate listing/advertising workflows across CoStar/LoopNet (plan selection, ad swaps), track performance, and ensure compliance with C&W policies and cost allocations (e.g., OTT worktags).
- Partner with Marketing on collateral, digital campaigns, and pitch materials; manage brand standards and approvals.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Orchestrate tours, meetings, and follow‑ups; capture feedback and translate into action plans.
- Act as a responsive point of contact for clients, landlords, and internal partners (Marketing, Research, Operations, Legal/Compliance).
- Compliance & Quality Control
- Uphold confidentiality and ethics; ensure files meet C&W standards and contractual/licensing requirements.
- Support commission/fee documentation and internal routing in alignment with HR/Finance guidance; escalate exceptions promptly.
- Tooling & Enablement (C&W Platforms)
- Broker & Deal tools including ENGAGE, LandVision, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Pacer.AI, and related app catalog resources; adopt new tools per C&W enablement.
Qualifications
Required
- Active real estate license (state‑appropriate; CA for Los Angeles/Westlake Village).
- 2–5 years in commercial real estate brokerage support, sales operations, or transaction coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM/pipeline tools (e.g., ENGAGE).
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent deals with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; client‑facing polish and problem‑solving mindset.
Preferred
- Hands‑on experience with CoStar/LoopNet workflows and brokerage marketing operations.
- Familiarity with market dashboards/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and translating data into broker/client narratives.
- Knowledge of C&W deal governance, documentation standards, and internal approvals

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 70,304.00 - $82,100.00
