Job Description:
TheJunior AnalystSource-to-Contract,willcollaborate toensure that the Regional Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support ofGlobalServices,OneProcurementand Johnson & Johnson business strategy andobjectives. The role works directly with the business, category procurement teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and/or own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.
This role performs duties related to the implementation and execution of the organization's strategic sourcing plan, fromassistingwith contract negotiation, contractauthoringand contract management activities through executing cost reduction strategies.
Supportsthe day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management,priceandothercontracttermsmanagement,contractdraftingandexecution, and stakeholder managementactivities.Delivers against defined Service Levels.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree isrequired
Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influenceobjectivesand then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.
Basic understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations.
