Lead integration and test planning/execution, executing integration and regression testing events, and perform analysis to identify and resolve technical observations.

Ensure electronic hardware setups installed with software builds in a String facility/HWIL are configured according to documented specifications for supporting integration, verification, and test activities.

Interface hardware with software, configure installed hardware/software to interface with networked systems, maintain and develop documentation to support integration, test plans, test activities, and resolve technical inquiries.

Participate in integration activities using test equipment and navigate through schematics, documentation, and drawings.

Collaborate with program leads/stakeholders to generate test approaches, maintain configuration control, ensure test-setup readiness, and participate in key processes (peer, gate, and test readiness reviews).

Ensure test and evaluation processes are conducted according to established procedures for software and hardware.

Frequent interaction with the customer community, the program office, functional and technical leaders.

Ability to travel domestic and international, approximately 10% travel.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience

Experience with electronic schematics and/or diagrams.

Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, Unix, and/or other programming language.

Experience with Systems Integration, test procedures, test plans, test scripts, data analysis, and/or verification.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Experience assisting development of verification strategies for advanced radar capabilities and software builds, including building and executing simulated scenarios to predict sensor performance.

Systems Engineering experience including test, integration, or verification and validation of Early Warning Radars or other Missile Defense System (MDS) sensors, understanding of radar signal and data processing, and working level experience with requirements traceability, requirements management, or documentation of IV&V products within DOORS.

Experience interfacing with internal or external customers, providing technical solutions to user requirements, analyzing radar data, and generating and maintaining technical documentation and work instructions.

Experience with scripting for performing integration and test analysis, integrating and configuring electronics, installing/debugging software, and networking/troubleshooting electronic system connections.

Knowledge of electronic hardware configuration and installation, software installations on hardware devices, network configurations, operations of software in String/HWIL facility, basic networking principles, and certifications in CompTIA Network+ and or CompTIA Security+.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
