Raytheon Strategy & International has an exciting opportunity open for an Associate Director, Human Resources, to support the Strategy and Global Industrialization (GI) functional organizations. The Strategy and Global Industrialization HR Partner will provide HR leadership as an integral part of the Strategy and GI leadership team. In this dynamic role you will partner with business leaders and HR colleagues within the SBU and functional organizations including those in the International Landed Companies. You will engage to understand the Long-Range business strategies and objectives of the sub business units and program areas, while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the HR vision and mission. As the primary HR partner to members of the Strategy and Global Industrialization function, you will help develop the organization’s HR strategies, lead all HR solutions/projects, support staffing activity, and represent the VP- HR, Strategy & International in leadership engagements as needed. The ability to build relationships, coach and influence leaders, exercise good judgment and work effectively across the RTX and Raytheon matrix is critical in this role. Additionally, the confidence to proactively stretch yourself and engage in dialogue with leaders to facilitate their buy-in and engagement to drive optimal solutions is key to success for this role. The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance by aligning the right solutions, ideas, skills, and people both domestically and globally. The ideal candidate is someone who seeks to stretch and develop their HR capabilities in preparation for a higher-level HR leadership role.
This role supports a global team with employees based across and outside the US. The ideal candidate will be able to operate with autonomy and support the global team working comfortably with multiple time zones (US, Europe and Middle East). The position reports to VP-HR, Strategy and International and will be a member of the S&I HR leadership team.
What You Will Do:

Provides strategic HR support
-
Proactively participate in developing plans that will assist with communication and change implementation
-
Create and drive an approach to impact positive changes around employee engagement in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization

Leads core HR processes such as talent reviews, change management, compensation planning, and more
-
Heavily collaborates with businesses and COEs to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive bottom line results

Implements human resources strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention, and talent health
-
Compiles, analyzes, and reports on key talent metrics and implements data-driven HR strategies and initiatives

Deliver impactful solutions through problem analysis and present solutions to executives for implementation

Facilitate workshops, leader assimilations, listening sessions, as required

Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)

Ability to accomodate a flex schedule to support occasional meetings outside typical US operating hours
Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience

Prior HRBP experience leading HR for a matrixed organization/program office
-
Project Management experience
-
Experience with providing coaching to senior leaders

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
