Coordination and execution of SI&T engineering Lab requirements.

Maintaining and standardizing lab infrastructure, to meet program requirements. Responsibilities also include supporting AS 9100/ISO 9001 audits, DCMA audits and EHS audits.

Ensure lab personnel operate to standard lab run rules and applicable SI&T policies within the lab, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality controls, 6S, FOD/FOE, Equipment Calibration, Raytheon Property controls, ESD controls, Housekeeping, Shelf-life Controls, Preventative Maintenance, and Ergonomics.

Manage logistics of various SI&T competing contract requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience with lab safety

Experience with 6S and/or Housekeeping.

Experience with the Quality processes regarding test equipment calibration requirements and AS 9100/ISO 9001 audits.
Qualifications We Prefer

Asset Management Systems experience (Aramis and SAP)

Working Knowledge of SI&T lab run rules, policies, and procedures.

Knowledge of ESD Controls (Garment control, wrist straps, SSWS, and monitoring)

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Highly motivated self-starter; Can work independently with minimum supervision.

Trouble Shooting Skills.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
