Experience with embeddings, fine-tuning Generative AI models, and LLM Ops/ModelOps. Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Ethics, and secure coding practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to act autonomously and make complex decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams and time zones. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
