We are seeking a motivated Recruiter & Sales Trainer to help build and develop a high-performing insurance sales team. This role is responsible for identifying top sales talent, onboarding and training new agents, and coaching the team to consistently improve performance. The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing people in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial agency environment.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Evaluate candidates for sales ability, coachability, and long-term growth potential
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hires, ensuring a strong foundation in sales skills and agency systems
- Coach and train agents on prospecting, communication, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Conduct ongoing sales training, role-playing sessions, and performance coaching
- Track individual and team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback
- Support leadership in developing training programs, processes, and sales standards
- Foster a positive, high-energy, accountable sales culture
- Assist with retention, motivation, and professional development of the sales team
