Peerless Aerospace is seeking an energetic, analytical, and business-minded professional to leverage modern analytics and AI-assisted tools to identify trends, generate insights, and integrate analytical results into existing business applications and reporting solutions. The position is ideal for a candidate early in their career with a strong analytical mindset and interest in applying AI tools to real-world business problems.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement AI-enabled solutions, and ensure those solutions deliver accurate, reliable, and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Analytics
- Translating business problems into practical AI solutions
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and best practices relevant to business operations
- Support training, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled tools
- Develop and use Python (or similar languages) to support analytics, automation, and AI workflows
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and potential hallucinations, and recommend improvements or safeguards.
- Assist with predictive analytics and forecasting to support planning and decision-making Support API integrations and basic software architecture to connect AI tools with existing systems (ERP/MRP, reporting tools, etc.)
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate insights
- Analyze business workflows and data sources across Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Support recurring and ad-hoc analysis requests
- Translate business questions into structured analysis
- Present findings in a clear and understandable manner
- Data Quality & Process Improvement
- Validate data accuracy and consistency
- Identify data gaps or quality issues and escalate as needed
- Support continuous improvement of analytics processes
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Physical Demands:
Regular use of a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment. Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly for documentation and correspondence.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in: Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Working knowledge of Python (or similar languages) for data analysis, automation, or AI applications
- Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Understanding of basic software architecture and API integration
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and forecasting concepts
- Ability to translate business problems into AI or data-driven solutions
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications [Word, Excel (Advanced), Outlook]
- Understanding of business workflows and data sources
- Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and hallucination risks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Willingness to learn and collaborate across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework, internships, or projects involving AI, data analytics, automation, or machine learning
- Experience with tools such as SQL, C#, ML.NET, Power BI, MS Access, ERP/MRP systems, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Aerospace or fastener industry experience a plus
- Early career experience in operations, analytics, supply chain, or engineering
- Basic understanding of forecasting, pricing, or supply chain concepts
