Drive Program Cadence
-
Partner with the RAM leadership team and drive day-to-day program execution cadence
-
Prepare, coordinate and help drive daily stand-up meetings, weekly staff meetings, All Hands, bi-weekly program tag-ups and program reviews, to include power point preparation
-
Drive program communications, reporting and metrics
-
Drive internal RAM communications and assist in Director-level presentations, weekly reporting and program execution status
-
RAM Core Control Room and RLPM compliance
-
Coordinate priority planning and weekly help needed
-
Capture and track RAM program action items to completion
-
Program planning and coordination
-
Coordinate achievement award budget and submissions
-
Seating project management
-
Team recognition activities
-
Conduct bi-annual strategic planning
-
Help drive culture through the RAMbassadors
-
Ability to travel as needed
What You Will Learn:

SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
-
Prior Program/Project Management Experience
-
Prior experience working cross functionally (ex: Engineering, Operation, Supply Chain Finance, etc.)
-
Prior experience with Global Trade/ITAR Compliance
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Program/Project Management Level 5 or equivalent (or ability to obtain certification within a year)
-
Ability to thrive in an innovative environment and identify best practices in program execution
-
Working knowledge of BSEC metrics and demonstrated ability to forecast and manage financials, as well as EVMS
-
Leadership experience using Lean/Agile methods to enable the development of capabilities in an iterative fashion, while conforming to traditional requirements and systems development milestones.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic program
-
Strong oral and written communication skills
-
Ability to meet and drive critical deadlines, manage varied tasks and successfully interface with numerous key stakeholders

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
