Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, this position supports a diverse portfolio of initiatives, events, and projects for the Huffman Family Brands and Celebree School departments, programs, and schools. The Graphic Designer is inventive and passionate about visual storytelling, industry trends, and design thinking. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, learns quickly, and can handle large strategic projects while also executing on quick creative deliverables. In this role, the designer will work on and produce a variety of products, including but not limited to logos, posters, banners, flyers, brochures, newsletters, web graphics, and other digital media.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain brand consistency across all brands while still producing creative work
Creatively deploy content across a range of platforms with a focus on building unique, compelling content fully adapted to each platform and within established brand guidelines
Regularly update website content, using Word Press, as well as design/develop email templates and campaigns for distribution through CRM systems.
Manage the uploading/approval of assets to the school's digital asset manager (MARQ).
Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to assist in designing and producing digital and print materials, including brochures, presentations, signage, posters, ads, and various other collateral for internal and external use.
Manage a high volume of projects simultaneously, working within scheduling parameters, ensuring that all materials are of the highest visual and technical quality and meet or exceed brand standards.
Develop creative mock-ups, assign print specifications, review proofs to ensure quality and design integrity through final printed and online materials
Present creative work during informal creative reviews and more formal creative presentations, while being able to follow instructions and take constructive design feedback
Assist with other assignments as needed
QualificationsSkills Needed:
4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency with a proven portfolio of work.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere).
Knowledge of all stages of graphic design from concept to production.
Ability to produce creative, artistic product in a quick-turn environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Superior organizational and time-management skills when prioritizing and meeting required deadlines.
Superior communication skills
Videography/photography skills a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
Experience working with WordPress templates
Adaptive design eye and skill
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and managers
