Job Description Summary
As the Staff TPM you will be responsible for all aspects of successful delivery (requirement gathering, requirement planning, partnering with software engineering team, ensuring timely delivery, sending release notes, gather feedback from users) for key NPI (New Product Introductions) projects. You will be responsible for on-time communication in terms of weekly updates/ status emails/ reviews with different stakeholders.
One of the key priorities will be to build the digital strategy & roadmap of the new Mosaic project (Building new capabilities & visualizations in SaaS product Miro to develop virtual obeya) in partnership with T&O FLIGHT DECK team. In this role, you will be the CI owner for this product & you will be partnering with Miro technical team (Miro FDEs & Account Manager) to build a robust solution for all the multiple integrations that will be needed for this project. These ongoing projects are critical to the T&O FLIGHT DECK team and directly aligned to 2026 HK efforts.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the CI for a SaaS product & closely partner will T&O FLIGHT DECK team to build a robust strategy & roadmap for the virtual obeya product.
- Partner with external FDEs (Forward Deployed Engineers) to deliver on all aspects of the roadmap for this product
- Be responsible for coordination & help project manage a few more key ongoing NPI projects.
- Partner with architects in the org to build architecture & take these projects through the necessary Cyber & Legal reviews through the RMF process.
- Demonstrate excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
- Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features
- Learn the technology tech stack and drive impactful conversations with external FDEs
- Routinely collaborate with UX in design decisions. Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas
- Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Own the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
- Own and manage the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
- Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
- Demonstrate strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
- Engage frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions
- Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit
- Partner with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process.
- Expert in Agile Methodology/ iDNA methodology for software development
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management.
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
The base pay range for this position is $112,000- $186,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 13, 2026.
