Serve as the primary liaison between COMLOG and NSPA organizations, ensuring programmatic requirements are identified, addressed, and followed through to resolution.

Assist in identifying and tracking program and technical risks, collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions that mitigate or eliminate potential impacts. Additionally, identify opportunities for program improvements.

Support the broader program team in developing and implementing processes, including CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) projects, to enhance efficiency and program outcomes.

Collaborate with key customer stakeholders and participate in meetings as required.

Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 5 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Experience working on a project

Experience working on a cross-functional team
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with external customer interface

Experience with the Patriot product line or production contracts

Program Management Level 6 Certification and experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools

Experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development experience with proposal activities

Import/ Export knowledge and/or experience in licensing processes

This position is an onsite role, located in Tewksbury, MA.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
