Collaborate with various organizations and roles to coordinate logistics for engineering electrical and mechanical hardware builds.

Analyze engineering drawings, associated documentation, and quality standards to develop manufacturing work methodologies, instructions, and illustrations.

Generate and document the "as-built" configuration by capturing the build bill of materials (BOM).
-
Ensure engineering hardware meets quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
-
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and performance.
-
Conduct BOM analysis, purchase components, and generate material status reports
-
Request components from engineering stores and manage the disposition of quality discrepancies and non-conformances.

Leverage tools such as SAP, Common PDM, MatTrak, and RAYTrak for effective planning and tracking.

Plan and manage kitting requests through engineering stores, avoiding schedule delays with effective inventory control.

Communicate updates regularly to managers and customers.
-
Assist in processing program requests and shipments while adhering to the established schedule.

Work with peers and cross-functional teams to meet program requirements and complete kitting requests on time.

Stay informed of engineering objectives, strategies, and support activities.

Qualifications You Must Have

A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

Experience with Excel to analyze and manage data.

Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in working with complex processes and tools, including inventory control and material procurement databases.

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize activities, and provide ongoing status updates to multiple stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Perform supplier quoting and interface activities to support procurement and supply chain functions.

Interpret engineering drawings and hierarchy definitions to develop accurate and actionable work instructions.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
