Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining physical records throughout their lifecycle, including storage, rotation, destruction, and compliance with retention requirements. Key duties include tracking and documenting all record movements, preparing records for destruction using FIFO principles, coordinating shipments and transfers, and supporting audits and RFIs. The position also involves inventory management of records and equipment, assisting with scanning and box preparation, and collaborating with safety and logistics teams as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain project documentation files, including technical data, engineering drawings, and purchase orders.
Scan physical records and upload electronic files to shared folders.
Conduct document management audits to ensure compliance with CAYG requirements.
Assist in lifting and packing boxes of physical records into Triwalls.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate Document Management objectives, priorities, and schedules.
Collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and other functional areas for logistical functions as directed.
Develop metrics for performance measurement and analyze work processes.
Ensure departments meet turn-in deadlines and are compliant in the document management process for record holders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience on the document management process.
Requires at least 1 Year as a part of the Close Out Document Management
Must have a thorough understanding of Document File Plans (DFP).
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A level of English proficiency in accordance with the position
Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Experience in US Government contract closure processes.
Ability to successfully work with various levels of employees and management.
Self-directed with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
