This is an exciting chance to develop your skills and build a strong foundation in Supply Chain within Johnson & Johnson. As a Supply Chain intern, you will contribute to one of the following teams: Quality, New Product Introduction/Lifecycle Management, Operations, or Planning. You will gain hands-on experience of the organization’s key practices, policies and programs in Supply Chain. This role offers valuable industry skills and professional development, including the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals to contribute to the organization’s success.
Job Description
Support supply chain optimization for new and existing products through end-to-end ownership in a cross-functional setting.
Assist in cross-functional team meetings and generate meeting minutes.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine root cause, develop mitigations and corrective and preventative actions for supply chain related issues.
Evaluate products and processes to identify opportunities for quality improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction.
Exercise judgment, with guidance, within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for problem solving.
Ensure project deliverables are compliant to applicable standards, regulations, and procedures.

Support meetings with all involved cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and prevent production issues.
Support project management activities, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution.

Assist in developing and updating supply chain documentation.
Preferred Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related Field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Interns will be assigned to various functions, including Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Quality.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hr
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
