- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience with core infrastructure, enterprise, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Databases technology stacks and deployment options in the cloud.
- Experience with articulating and selling the value of Database as a cloud service to customers.
- Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start to finish business and customer transformation strategy aligned.
- Ability to build influential relationships and work in a cross-functional environment.

As a Go-to-Market Sales Specialist, you will be leading go-to-market strategies and business engagements, managing focused business campaigns, and providing feedback to Product and Global Solutions teams to inform our product solutions roadmap. You will serve as a solution executive within the direct enterprise business organization. You will be the trusted advisor to C-level and their executives to help shape their cloud and Databases strategy, and enable digital transformation. You will focus on helping customers improve their productivity with our products to make their organizations more productive, collaborative, and available to their customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Deliver against quota and achieve goals while forecasting and reporting territory’s business.
- Consult with our customers to identify appropriate Google Databases solutions, joint development, or engineering opportunities.
- Work with Product Management teams to accelerate market adoption and solution alignment with enterprise customer requirements.
- Build relationships with customers as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, managing business cycles, identifying solution use cases, and collaborating long-term strategic direction of accounts.
- Scale capability, execution, and experience through Product, Engineering, and Partner teams, and drive customer success through prescriptive activation of internal and external teams.
