**Pay Rate:** $12 – $15 per hour (based on experience)
**Job Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time
**Probation Period:** 90 Days
**About the Role:**
We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing **Wireless Sales Associate** to join our Metro by T-Mobile team! The ideal candidate has at least **one year of experience in the wireless industry** or a related sales field and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
You’ll help customers find the right phone and plan, handle in-store transactions, and represent our brand at local **marketing and promotional events**.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers with sales, upgrades, and activations
* Provide product knowledge and recommend services based on customer needs
* Maintain store appearance and uphold brand standards
* Meet or exceed sales goals
* Participate in local marketing events and community promotions
* Work collaboratively with team members and management
**Requirements:**
* **1 year of experience** in wireless sales or a related field
* **Must be 18 years or older**
**Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish)**
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
* Willingness to attend marketing events as scheduled
* Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends and evenings may be required)
