Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations and maintaining strong client relationships, ranging from property management teams to senior executives. This role is responsible for budget management, vendor oversight, cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Project Manager will lead a team, conduct building inspections, oversee payroll and safety training, and manage inventory and supplies. Additionally, they will support new business development and ensure compliance with administrative and financial procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Location: 865 Figueroa St., Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Hours: Mon to Fri 7:30am -4:00pm and occasional afternoon hours
Pay: $ 75,000/year
