Program Summary
As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.
Job Summary
As an Operations Coordinator for Document Management, you will maintain project documentation files, ensure accuracy and compliance with Document Management Close as You Go (CAYG) requirements. You will scan physical records, upload electronic files, conduct document audits, and assist with logistical functions. In addition, you may have the opportunity to travel to some or all sites NORTHCOM.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation files, including technical data, engineering drawings, and purchase orders.
- Scan physical records and upload electronic files to shared folders.
- Conduct document management audits to ensure compliance with CAYG requirements.
- Assist in lifting and packing boxes of physical records into Triwalls.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate Document Management objectives, priorities, and schedules.
- Collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and other functional areas for logistical functions as directed.
- Develop metrics for performance measurement and analyze work processes.
- Ensure departments meet turn-in deadlines and are compliant in the document management process for record holders.
- Under direct supervision, you'll be assigned daily tasks, which may involve coordinating material and equipment movement, The job will require moderate to heavy lifting, and adherence to safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment, is essential.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of LCV Department POC for Document Management.
- Requires at least 1 Year as part of the Close Out Document Management Team.
- Must have a thorough understanding of Document File Plans (DFP).
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Experience in US Government contract closure processes.
- Ability to successfully work with various levels of employees and management.
- Self-directed with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
