Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, US Ortho Field Operations, to join our Orthopedic team, located in either West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strategy for the Spine, Sports, & CMF Last Mile Activities and implement consistently across platforms.
Ensure a complete, impactful Operating Model that delivers value and enables a customer-centric, performance-driven last-mile operations capability.
Develop performance management processes that provide a coordinated view of service, asset efficiency, and cash optimization.
Lead inventory and technology programs associated with traceability and digital improvements, collaborating with relevant functions.
Cultivate positive relationships across Supply Chain and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
Optimize cash management of inventory, minimizing E&O and SLOB.
Improve field audit processes in collaboration with Field Sales Teams to improve accuracy, compliance, and reconciliation results.
Partner with commercial teams to innovate business models and customer connectivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree required, preferably in life science, engineering, or physical science.
An advanced degree in Planning, Business, Statistics, or Engineering is preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
A minimum of eight years of significant work experience in a relevant field.
Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills; ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
Experience in the Medical Device industry with a solid understanding of relevant regulations.
Experience in ERP/OTC system implementation and usage.
Demonstrated knowledge of quality and financial principles and practices.
Preferred:
APICS, Six Sigma, IBF, or Project Management certification.
Previous experience in developing performance metrics and improvement strategies.
Background in leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital transformation in supply chain operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
OTHER:
Travel requirement: Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.
Certifications: APICS, Six Sigma, IBF, Project Management certification preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
