The Business Development Specialist program is a full-time job opportunity built to help individuals eager to advance their sales careers through immersive training. You will start by shadowing and then collaborating with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Account Executive team. They focus on selling new business to grow market share, deepen relationships with current customers, and maintain business by delivering high-quality customer happiness. After finishing the BDS program, the expectation is that you’re prepared to interview for open Account Executive positions in the Dealer Product and Services business unit.
