About the Team
The Workday Early Career Program is comprised of 3 pillars. Pre Intern & Partnerships, Internships and Apprenticeships, and Generation Workday. As part of the Talent Acquisition COE, we create the rules, guidance, and programming while lock step with our Talent Acquisition Leaders and Partners.
About the Role
The Sr. Program Manager for University TA Programs is part of the Global Emerging TA Programs team, specifically the Early Career pillar. This role will be focused on University Partnerships, and facilitation of the Internship, Apprenticeship, and Generation Workday programs in India. As a key contributor, the role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of our university partnership strategy, building warm and curated talent pipelines through those partnerships, helping to ensure offers are executed within the guidance and framework set forth by the program team, facilitating the onboarding and core skills and connections workshops of incoming early career workmates at Workday in India.

Program management experience, ideally supporting programs developing early career talent.
Comfort with managing multiple priorities and navigating changing needs.
Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to travel to Chennai and Pune for onboarding cohorts. Approximately 5% annually.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience and interest in working with early career populations. Experience building university partnerships is highly desired.
Strong interpersonal, (written and verbal) communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a business setting.
Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking in front of groups.
Excellent problem solving, customer service, and time management skills.
Experience planning and coordinating complex events. While you will have program support to help you with this, ideating for the best outcomes of such events will be key.
Proficiency with computer software programs (GSuite and MS Office Programs).
Possesses a high tolerance for ambiguity and delivers consistently stellar results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
