We are searching for the best talent for Production Planning & Logistics Co-Op to be in Guaynabo, PR.
- The Co-op term is from August, 2026 to August, 2027.
- Full time requirement (40 hours per week).
Purpose:
Reporting to a Planning Manager, the Planning Co-Op is responsible for generating business reports to support core team responsibilities, perform data compilation and analysis, attend business meetings, and provide support to basic business processes, as requested.
You will be responsible:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, and under direct supervision, this position:
- Execute tasks to create and publish assigned reports.
- Troubleshooting of data source system issues that impact assigned reports. Asset reconfiguration and recreation of reports as necessary.
- Data analysis of business decision making and metrics generation.
- Work with various functions within division to define and implement improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and improve customer service.
- Assist in preparation of reports and presentations.
- Assist with maintaining departmental files and ongoing resource maintenance.
- Complete required training.
- Comply with all environmental, safety and occupational health policies. (i.e., ISO14001 &OSHAS18001).
- Not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- 3 years of college study completed.
- No prior work experience is required, but current education or extracurricular activity experiences should demonstrate capabilities meet required skills set.
- Requires fluency in Spanish and English; must have excellent ability to write in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in MS office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Planning, E-mail, Flow Charts, and management of database tools.
- Ability to assess issues and opportunities, establish priorities, and act with a sense of urgency.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, project, creative capacity, and technical skills.
- Able to take direction well, set priorities and achieve results.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and apply complex applications.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of basic business concepts in assigned area.
Preferred:
- Power BI knowledge will be considered a plus.
- Applied principles of research, concept generation, presentation.
- Has knowledge of statistics, machine learning, data mining and predictive analytics.
- Ability to apply project and personal leadership to successfully achieve project, team, and individual goals.
- Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience.
