Not RequiredCollins Aerospace, a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry, is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Commercial Seating and Furniture (CS&F) team supporting Main Cabin Seating. This individual will drive the successful execution of medium-sized and moderately complex programs that are critical to achieving business outcomes. The Program Manager will collaborate with Program Management Teams (PMTs), oversee program performance, and act as the main interface with customers and functional teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality products and services.
This role requires an experienced professional with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. The position is onsite and located in Winston-Salem, NC.
What You Will Do:

Manage multiple programs of moderate complexity, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

Develop and maintain Program Plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking program performance to ensure adherence to established goals.

Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned programs, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
-
Monitor and report on program performance, including risk and opportunity management, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans as needed.

Ensure compliance with program management processes and governance, incorporating best practices to enhance program execution.
-
Drive program work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain, to achieve program objectives and resolve challenges.
-
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.
-
Identify and implement lessons learned and process improvements to enhance program delivery and operational efficiency.
-
Support the mentoring and development of team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
-
Support domestic and international business travel up to 25%.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
-
Experience managing programs or projects in aerospace, defense, or a related industry
-
Experience coordinating and/or participating in cross-functional teams
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction and resolving issues proactively
-
Familiarity with program financial management, including budgeting and reporting
-
Experience working with manufacturing or engineering teams to achieve program goals
-
Proficiency in scheduling and program management tools
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization

PMP or equivalent certification

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
