The Event Operations Assistant Vice President will be responsible for supporting planning and execution across conferences, forums, and meetings, including: Event execution & operations Run, manage, and deliver client events of varying sizes in coordination with the Event Management team. Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure operational readiness, including run-of-show inputs, staffing, and onsite execution. Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue management, vendor contracting, production, transportation, staffing, technology, and on-site execution Guide internal and external speakers through content development and preparation, ensuring deadlines and requirements are understood and met. Manage the approval process for all speaker materials (presentations, handouts, flyers, and scripts), including version control and final readiness. Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets based on managed timelines, project plans and playbooks. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event operations, event planning, communications, learning/program delivery, or a related field within a corporate environment. Superior written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven relationship-building skills across levels and functions. High attention to detail with strong follow-up and execution discipline. Demonstrates integrity, tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and a commitment to company values and professional standards. Strong judgment and professionalism; maintains composure under pressure. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative, adaptable team orientation.
