As a CBRE Real Estate Research Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. The role will encompass regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s production and delivery of research materials.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point-of-sale Field Research outputs, both under the supervision of the Research leader and independently.
- Collaborate with producers, Sales Management, and Marketing teams on pitches and projects.
- Research and collect market information regarding the Seattle commercial real estate market with a focus on all product types.
- Gather, analyze, interpret, and disseminate data on available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
