Being based directly in the Consumer Co Creation Center, at Henkel Headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), your main tasks will be to set up and manage consumer qualitative studies to ensure products are designed with and for consumers.
What you´ll do
- Manage consumer qualitative studies for Laundry, Home Care and Hair categories (focus groups, interviews, home visits, etc.), working closely with R&D teams (Product and Pack), Marketing and CMI (Consumer & Marketing Insights) teams
- Design consumer qualitative studies to answer business objectives
- Set up research proposals, build ad hoc test design, brief and select appropriate agencies to work with
- Manage and supervise the fieldwork to ensure high quality of results
- Synthesize and valorize transversal learnings on specific categories and/or brands, by leveraging existing data and setting up ad hoc researches (when relevant)
- Leverage and enrich CTI Qualitative toolbox, in collaboration with CTI Qualitative Leader
- Be the voice of consumers into some projects, ensuring a consumer centric mindset within R&D teams
- Set up and coordinate Home Visits and Consumer Interactions with internal stakeholders to ensure consumer centricity across all categories and teams
