What you´ll do
- Lead a team as the central point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive, stress-free, and professional customer experience
- Take responsibility for customer-specific processes such as inbound and outbound communication and the implementation of customer experience strategies, including analyses to improve customer satisfaction
- Use customer feedback, customer visits, and market research to enhance customer satisfaction and build trusted relationships
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement innovative ideas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal partners (e.g. Supply Chain, Centers of Excellence) and support the implementation of customer-focused projects and organizational changes
- Monitor the use of CRM and service systems, continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and sustainability requirements
