What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support operational and departmental needs for Executive Vice President.
- Maintain organized records, schedules, and documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using various digital tools.
- Assist with meeting coordination, including logistics, materials, and communication.
- Support team members by prioritizing tasks, managing information flow, and responding to requests promptly.
- Work with engineering drawings, environmental permits and reporting.
What Are We Looking For

- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Comfort working with MSOffice and AutoCAD to develop and design forms.

- Ability to work plan, work with difficult people and work on confidential business projects.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting and involves regular interaction with employees, vendors, and visitors. The role requires using standard office equipment and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
