Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Electrophysiology (EP) team located in Irvine, CA.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Global EP Finance Team. This team plays an integral role by partnering with the business to provide actionable analyses and recommendations driven by detailed analytics. We are looking for a motivated & results-driven analyst to provide a deep level of support to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the valuation process for the EP innovation pipeline.
- Coordinate financial updates for the monthly Project Investment Board meetings.
- Lead ad-hoc initiatives in partnership with the Global Strategic Marketing team. Ensure portfolio decisions, profitability and growth initiatives are supported with sound financial analysis.
- Review all royalty payment calculations and ensure forecasts are aligned with latest agreements and revenue projections.
- Support financial aspects of the existing external partnerships related to the ultrasound business.
- Conduct sound financial analysis to influence key decisions, provide support during long-range financial forecast process, and deliver in-depth financial analysis on worldwide Sales and Gross Profit performance as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting or related business experience is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven ability to work independently and appropriately plan, prioritize, and communicate progress on multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a balance of big picture thinking with appropriate attention to detail, accuracy, and sound judgment in delivering business outcomes
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
