Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, safety‑minded Technical Service Representative to support Electric Rope Shovel repairs at customer mine sites—primarily in the Safford & Morenci area. You’ll spend your days troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on electric rope shovels, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with major capital rebuilds and overhauls.

Key Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on Electric Rope Shovels
Perform preventative maintenance and on-site service support
Assist with capital builds, component changeouts, and equipment overhauls
Partner with mine personnel and Komatsu teams to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently
- Assist electricians with installations and wiring of electric rope shovels.
- Effectively communicate to coworkers on any customers needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience with Electric Rope Shovels
Able to work 10-hour days
Prior mining or heavy equipment experience required
- Understand how circuits work and how to read and understand Electrical Schematics.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on failures
