Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm Lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional areas and products Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards Work with subject matter experts to evaluate changes to the Firm's activities (e.g., new products) to determine impact to the Firm's resiliency and resolvability Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements related to recovery and resolution planning Collaborate across multiple teams to maintain and enhance capabilities, processes and related documentation Effectively coordinate with stakeholders to meet project milestones Assist with program management, reporting, governance and regulatory requests Maintain the team's risks and controls and associated documentation (e.g., policies & procedures) Create effective presentations for senior management forums and regulators In-depth knowledge of Finance functional areas, products and technical skills. Good working knowledge of Corporate Treasury, in particular capital, liquidity and funding risk Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt to your audience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with WDesk a plus Ability to collaborate and build relationships Experience working in a fast-paced environment demonstrating organization and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field of study beneficial Previous experience in Financial services; prior experience in Recovery and Resolution planning a plus At least 3 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
