In this role, you will:- Act as a primary point of contact for institutional clients using our electronic trading platform, including algos, DMA, and workflow tools.
- Oversee onboarding and configuration of custom client electronic trading solutions.
- Provide timely insights on market structure, execution performance, and routing behavior to help clients achieve best execution.
- Conduct data-driven analyses, including TCA reviews, to identify optimization opportunities and enhance platform usage.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations to support platform enhancements and ensure a consistent, well-controlled client experience.
- Support business growth by identifying client needs, promoting platform capabilities, and helping strengthen strategic relationships.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Securities Sales Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- A BS/BA or higher
- 5+ years' experience in Electronic Trading, Low-Touch Coverage, Algo Sales, or TCA Support
- Background supporting institutional clients or managing electronic trading relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a book of electronic trading business.
- Strong understanding of U.S. equity market microstructure and electronic trading workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable client insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, risk-sensitive environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Job Expectations:- Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 57 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
