Configuring video equipment at advanced levels
Maintaining advanced knowledge of all video equipment, staying up to date with the latest fixtures and technology, learning new equipment quickly, and training the team on proper operation, installation, and inspection
Leading by example and consistently delivering high performance
Interacting with clients on site in a professional, customer-oriented manner
Running video shows of all sizes, including operation and on-site management, leading a team of Technicians and Crew
Managing video projects and teams at the department level in the absence of a Project Manager
Assisting Project Managers in planning projects and specifying video equipment
Providing support to the Head of Department as needed
Notifying the Head of Department of any defective video fixtures
Cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing video equipment prior to jobs
Monitoring and repairing video equipment during shows, performing fault finding as required
Identifying and correcting video equipment failures according to company standards
Performing repairs on high-end video equipment depending on issue severity
Installing video equipment on site unsupervised, following designated layouts
Setting up and operating video systems and equipment
Loading and unloading video equipment
Cleaning and properly storing video equipment after shows
Rigging and de-rigging video equipment safely
Performing annual inventory of Encore video equipment as per established procedures
Adhering to health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
Reporting all health and safety issues to the Group HSE Manager
Respecting and following company policies, rules, and procedures
Performing miscellaneous tasks within your scope of work as assigned by your supervisor
